Dr. Gairns earned her medical degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2006 and soon after established her private practice in Vancouver, BC. She specializes in addressing hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and mood disorders.

In 2013, after the birth of her daughter, Dr. Gairns relocated her successful practice to Kelowna, BC. She also operated the Kelowna branch of a renowned Canadian holistic nutrition institute for six years while continuing to provide personalized care in her private practice.

With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Gairns expertly utilizes bio-identical hormones, IV vitamin therapy, functional diagnostic testing, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, botanical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, and homeopathy. Her approach focuses on understanding her patients' health goals and concerns to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Currently, Dr. Gairns practices at Vogue ND Wellness & Aesthetics in Lake Country, BC, where she offers naturopathic healthcare, including Botox, dermal filler services, and IV therapy. She is also part of Pagdin Health, aligning with their philosophy of optimizing patients' health for a better life.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Gairns enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, teen daughter, and five pets. They love exploring the outdoors, camping, ATVing, and enjoying the lakes. She also delights in the local perks of the Okanagan, such as wine tours and hiking, and has a creative side expressed through geode resin art and candle making.
