Dr. Jessica Flamand was born and raised in Winnipeg. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg. It was while working for a professional health supplement company that she was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine. That's when she realized she wanted to be more active in the healing process. She decided to leave her home in Winnipeg and move to Toronto to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine graduating in 2016. Dr. Flamand in registered with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Under Dr. Pagdin, Dr. Flamand is studying bio-identical hormone replacement treatment and its many therapeutic benefits.

During the winter months you’re likely to find her cuddling at home with her cats. As soon as spring hits she is outside as much as possible. Among the outdoor activities she enjoys, she and her Great Dane are regulars at the local dog park.
