Jessica Flamand, personal medical assistant to Dr. Grant Pagdin, is an experienced and highly educated health professional with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Winnipeg. She went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated in 2016. She is a registered member of the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and is licensed in MB. She is also the current President of the Manitoba Alliance of Naturopathic Doctors.

Jessica discovered her love for Naturopathic Medicine while working for a professional health supplement company, where she realized she wanted to be more involved in the healing process.

Jessica has been personally trained by Dr. Grant Pagdin in providing coaching and counseling to patients for weight loss management and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement therapy. Each patient is carefully supervised by Dr. Pagdin after every appointment.

Jessica's passion for health and wellness extends beyond her work. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and is a regular at the local dog park with her Great Dane. During the winter months, she loves to cuddle up at home with her cats. With her extensive knowledge and dedication to patient care, Jessica is an invaluable asset to Dr. Pagdin's team, providing exceptional care to patients seeking optimal health and wellness.

During the winter months you’re likely to find her cuddling at home with her cats. As soon as spring hits she is outside as much as possible. Among the outdoor activities she enjoys, she and her Great Dane are regulars at the local dog park.
